Albacore tuna are sorted and thawed while under refrigeration to be hand trimmed so only the choicest pure white meat is put into cans with just the right amount of seasoning and salt, packed and cooked in its own juices (no water or preservatives) to bring you the best gourmet tuna you have ever tasted. (No salt added products available in all flavors coming next year)

Our tuna is canned at (award winning) Bay Ocean Seafood in Garibaldi, Oregon, a member of West Coast Seafood Processors Association.
